On a Thursday afternoon, August 18, 2011, a 19-year-old male named Dennis James Bastillo was seen for the last time in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Known to his loved ones as DJ, he was of Filipino heritage, stood at five feet eleven inches tall with a slender build, and had black hair and brown eyes.
