A heart-wrenching search is underway for a 20-year-old female, Ashlynn Bocksnick, and her infant daughter who were last seen in Dardanelle, Arkansas, on June 25, 2026. The Dardanelle Police Department responded to a call concerning a possibly suicidal individual at a residence around 2:50 a.m. Family members reported that Ashlynn had left the home with her 6-week-old daughter, Lalynn Dream Williams, shortly before they arrived.
This prompted an immediate alert to be issued to surrounding law enforcement agencies with a description of the vehicle she was believed to be driving.
Less than two hours later, at approximately 4:40 a.m., an officer discovered Ashlynn's vehicle parked and empty at the Veteran's Park boat ramp near the Arkansas River. Surveillance footage from Dardanelle City Hall captured her vehicle arriving at the boat ramp. The video shows Ashlynn getting out of her car, opening the rear passenger-side door where it is believed the baby's car seat was located, and then walking toward the water. Unfortunately, due to the darkness and the distance of the camera, it is unclear what happened after she approached the river. Enhanced video footage appears to show Ashlynn entering the water, though the details remain indistinct. Authorities have stated that no foul play is suspected at this time.
An extensive search operation was launched, involving numerous agencies from across Arkansas. The search has covered approximately 85 miles of the Arkansas River, from the Dardanelle Lock and Dam to the bridge in Little Rock. Search efforts have been extensive, utilizing five drone teams, seven dog teams, a helicopter, and a private airplane. The search has been hampered by dangerous currents and high water levels on the river, which were caused by the opening of the Dardanelle Dam. Investigators have also obtained search warrants for Ashlynn's bank accounts, which have shown no activity since her disappearance. The FBI is assisting in the investigation by working to unlock her cellphone, which she left at her residence, and further analyzing the surveillance video for any additional clues. The community has come together, with friends from Ashlynn's church gathering to support the search efforts for the young mother and her baby. The case remains a missing persons investigation as authorities and loved ones anxiously await any news.Last Seen: Jun 25, 2026
