Jazmin Shelton, an 11-year-old girl, was last seen on January 17, 2020, in Chula Vista, California. She, along with her siblings, Janay, Jozlynn, and Joseph Shelton, was abducted by their non-custodial mother, Donica Shelton. Authorities believe the children are still with their mother, who took them following a custodial dispute.
