Abnel Devalon, a 10-month-old baby, was last seen on June 26, 2024, near North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida. A Florida Missing Child Alert was issued as authorities grew concerned about his safety. Abnel was believed to be with his mother, Felicienne Azor-Devalon, who was also reported missing. It was suspected that the pair might have been traveling north, possibly toward Indiana. Felicienne is described as 5'5" tall and 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
