In the summer of 2025, concern grew for 61-year-old Kelvin Bullock in Hays, Kansas. He was last seen on July 8, 2025. At the time of his disappearance, Bullock was experiencing homelessness. The circumstances leading to his disappearance began on the evening of July 8th, when he sent a text message to a friend at approximately 5:57 p.m., asking the friend to contact the Hays Police Department.
