Livingstone Kiniaru Njoroge, a 32-year-old man from Kenya, was last heard from in December 1989 after moving to Hesston, Kansas, in 1987 to attend Hesston College. Njoroge had left Kenya to pursue his education in the United States, maintaining sporadic communication with his family during his time abroad. However, he never provided them with a permanent address. The last communication his family received from him indicated that he was considering a move to Texas.
