Keith Jones, a 50-year-old Michigan resident, went missing on May 19, 2021, during a family vacation in Cape Canaveral, Florida. On their last day, Jones and his nephew were swimming near Cherie Down Park when they were caught in a powerful rip current. While a surfer was able to rescue the nephew, Jones was swept away and hasn't been seen since. Despite extensive search efforts, including rescue teams and volunteers, no trace of Jones was found.
