On December 26, 2021, 47-year-old David Eric Campbell was last seen in New York City's Times Square. His last known activity was a Facebook Live video he broadcasted, featuring his two white pit bulls, Athena and Aspen. Originally from Belmont County, Ohio, specifically the Saint Clairsville and Martins Ferry areas, David was known to live a transient or 'drifter' lifestyle. For much of his adult life, he had been homeless. He frequently used his middle name, Eric.
