On a summer day in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, eleven-year-old Andrew Escobar was spending a court-ordered weekend visit with his mother. This visit, which began on June 25, 2023, would mark the last time he was seen by his father. Andrew, a boy with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a tie-dyed shirt and black baseball shorts.
