Joseph Roach, a 31-year-old man, was last heard from by his family on December 25, 2016, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. After Christmas, his cell phone was shut off, and there was no activity on his social media profiles, raising concerns about his whereabouts. Roach was known to reside with a friend in Nambe, New Mexico, and drove a brown Ford Taurus.
