Foye Wade Davis, a 78-year-old man from Jacinto, Mississippi, was last seen on June 22, 2022, at around 9:30 a.m. walking north along County Road 343. He was accompanied by his brindle-colored Boxer dog, Buddy, who was on a choke chain and metal leash. Davis, who suffered from dementia, was known to take daily walks, but on this particular day, he did not return. His disappearance prompted an extensive search involving local authorities, volunteers, drones, and search dogs.
Despite covering a large area, including over 2,000 acres and numerous foot miles, the search yielded few clues. A Silver Alert was issued due to Davis' vulnerable condition. Several days later, Buddy, his dog, was found, but there was still no trace of Davis himself. The search was eventually suspended without new developments, leaving the case unsolved. Davis is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 230 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
Authorities and his family continue to seek information, and a reward was offered to anyone who could provide leads to help locate him.Last Seen: Jun 22, 2022
