Lloyd "Daniel" Cecil Jr., 27, was last seen on May 27, 2022, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. That evening, he was at the Government Street Grocery bar and restaurant with friends. Around 9:00-9:30 p.m., Daniel mentioned that he was not feeling well and left the establishment. He was captured on surveillance walking south on Kotzum Avenue. Daniel did not have his vehicle with him that night, leaving his truck with personal items like his book bag, guitar, and cigarettes behind.
