Male Earl Kuhl, an 81-year-old man, vanished from Clarksburg, West Virginia, on April 8, 1998. At the time of his disappearance, he was a patient at the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where he was being treated for a heart-related condition.
