Steven Raymond Youngman, a 36-year-old man, has been missing since July of 1994 from Spokane, Washington. His last known contact was a phone call he made to a family member requesting money. The money was sent, but Youngman was never heard from again. His family fears he may have been a victim of foul play, possibly murder.
