In the early months of 2019, concerns began to grow for the well-being of 48-year-old Jacqueline Rose Pagel. A resident of Spokane, Washington, Jacqueline, also known as Jackie, was a valued member of her family and community. The last time her family had contact with her was in February of that year in Spokane. Following her last interaction with family, an official government worker reported seeing her in Spokane on March 20, 2019, providing a slightly later last known sighting of Jacqueline. After this March sighting, however, her presence seemed to vanish, leaving her loved ones with unanswered questions and a growing sense of worry. As time passed without any communication from Jacqueline, the Spokane Police Department's Special Victims Unit became involved and opened an investigation into her disappearance. Despite their efforts, authorities had very few leads to follow. A significant challenge in the investigation was the lack of information regarding what she was wearing at the time she went missing. Furthermore, investigators were unable to determine if she was traveling in a vehicle or what kind of vehicle it might have been. This scarcity of details made the search for Jacqueline particularly difficult for law enforcement and her concerned family. The investigation did unearth a potential lead that Jacqueline may have traveled to the Tri-Cities area of Washington, though this could not be definitively confirmed. The Spokane Police Department publicly requested assistance, asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Crime Check and reference police report number 2019-20150360. The case of Jacqueline Rose Pagel is a troubling one, marked by a lack of concrete information and the painful uncertainty that her family has had to endure. With no information about her clothing or vehicle and only a possible travel destination, the trail for the 48-year-old woman grew cold, leaving a community hoping for answers and a family longing for her return.
