On the evening of October 8, 1971, 30-year-old Marilyn Kay Pratt, a mother of five, disappeared from Spokane, Washington. She was last seen by her husband and friends at a local restaurant and cocktail lounge called the Flame Lounge. An argument reportedly took place between Marilyn and her husband, after which she left their table with only her purse.
