However, he never arrived and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Scranton was described as a white male with gray hair and hazel eyes, standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 to 175 pounds. His last known contact was in the Richland area at about 2:30 p.m. ...
