Jeffrey Wayne Braziel, a 37-year-old man, was last seen in Midland, Texas on February 28, 2006. His last known location was in the vicinity of Lee and Illinois. Braziel, who is described as being mentally handicapped, has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance.
