In the late summer of 2004, a 41-year-old woman named Faith Marie Van Nortrick found herself in a vulnerable situation, far from her home in Texas. Faith, a white female with graying brown hair and brown eyes, was living with schizophrenia. This condition sometimes caused her to wander, a fact her family was aware of.
