In the winter of 1996, a cloud of uncertainty settled over a family in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with the disappearance of four-year-old Brenttany Nicole Hughes. Brenttany, a biracial female with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen in December of that year at her family's home on Winter Park Drive.
