On a winter day, the 26th of December in 2022, 29-year-old Andrew Ashkii Brackney was last seen in the area of Mitten Rock, New Mexico. He had expressed a desire to visit an old sheep camp and had arranged to be dropped off at the turn-off for the camp, located off Navajo Route 334 in Cove, Arizona. This was sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 in the afternoon. After being dropped off, he has not been seen or heard from again.
