In the late summer of 2006, a 46-year-old man named Raj Kumar Dhiman vanished, leaving behind a quiet but enduring mystery. He was last seen on August 23, 2006, at the Regency House Hotel in Pequannock, New Jersey. On that day, Mr. Dhiman was dressed in a white button-down shirt, dark-colored pants, and black shoes.
