Devin Demon Atkinson, 31, was last seen on September 19, 2022, in the 1000 block of Newkirk Drive in Richmond, Virginia. He left his residence around noon, taking only a change of clothes with him. At the time of his disappearance, Devin was wearing a white tank top, gray sweatpants, black socks, and black slides. He was also carrying a bag with additional clothes, but he left most of his personal belongings behind, including his phone.
