On the evening of January 20, 2006, 26-year-old Risha Aleena Lewis left her residence in the 400 block of Moorehouse Drive in New Castle, Delaware, for a weekend visit with a friend in Elkton, Maryland. It was a trip she frequently made, traveling to the 200 block of west Pulaski Highway to see her friend.
