Horlandina Perez Lopez, a 16-year-old girl from Culpeper, Virginia, went missing on October 1, 2022. She was last seen at her aunt's home, who was her sponsor as part of the Central American minor refugee resettlement program. Horlandina left the house in the middle of the night, taking her 9-month-old son, Jonathan, and a few personal belongings with her.
