Betsy Morales-Soto, a 47-year-old woman from Key Largo, Florida, went missing on October 4, 2022, under tragic and mysterious circumstances. Betsy was last seen with her companion, Omar Millet-Torres, and their dog on a boat off the coast of Key West. The couple had been living on their boat since July 2022, but their disappearance occurred during the approach of Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm that hit Florida with devastating force on September 28, 2022.
