On the morning of September 11, 2009, 72-year-old Mary Lou Black and her husband, Billie, left their home in the 2400 block of Pacific Street in Atchison, Kansas, and were never seen again. They departed at approximately 8:15 a.m. in their light blue 1990 Honda Civic, a four-door sedan with the Kansas license plate number AWX 605.
