In the early part of October 2019, a then 34-year-old man named Jarryd Lee Kalanihuli Ah Quin vanished from the Puna district of Hawai'i Island. He was last seen in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision area during the early morning hours and was known to often be in the Hilo and Puna areas.
