In the summer of 1996, Mark Kamaki Cajski was a 20-year-old biology student at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Described by friends as one of the 'nicest guys you'll ever meet,' he had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed activities like fishing, snorkeling, and camping.
