Carl Mark Kizer II, a 24-year-old man, vanished from his home in Jacksonville, Florida, on January 4, 2020, under circumstances that authorities have described as "unusual." Kizer was last seen at his residence on Jasper Avenue in the Woodland Acres neighborhood. He disappeared along with his vehicle, a 2006 Jeep Liberty, but notably left behind all of his other personal belongings.
