Gang Jiao, a 26-year-old Asian male, has been missing since October 12, 1991. He was last seen leaving his residence in Miami, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on that day and has not been heard from since. His disappearance is considered uncharacteristic, as it was not in his nature to leave without informing anyone.
