Pamela J. Butler was a 47-year-old woman who disappeared from Northwest Washington, D.C., after she was last reported seen in the 5800 block of 4th Street NW at about 9:48 p.m. on February 12, 2009. The Metropolitan Police Department issued public bulletins seeking help locating her and described her as 5'3" and about 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
