Randall Gene Young, a 51-year-old man from Morro Bay, was last seen on April 28, 2010, in San Luis Obispo County, California. He had embarked on a camping trip to Plaskett Creek Campground in the Los Padres National Forest and was expected to return a few days later. Concerns arose when he failed to come back by Sunday noon as anticipated, prompting a friend to check on him at the campground.
