Sheng Xu, a 22-year-old Asian male, was last seen in Arcadia, California on October 20, 2019. At the time of his disappearance, Xu was described as being 5'8" tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Xu wears eyeglasses and may also use the first name Chris. Authorities noted that he might have dyed his hair blue or green.
