An 86-year-old man named Dung Minh Tran went missing from Fullerton, California, on January 4, 2018. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He is of Vietnamese descent.
