Amber Rae Sage, a 25-year-old woman, has been missing since April 4, 1996, from Tarzana, California. On the day of her disappearance, she was last seen leaving her residence in a yellow cab. Sage has not been seen or heard from since. At the time she went missing, she was described as a white female, 5'1" tall, and weighing approximately 90 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She has distinguishing tattoos of a chain on her left arm and left ankle.
