Jessica Lynn Roggenkamp, a 44-year-old woman from Anderson, California, was last seen in the early morning hours of December 9, 2016. She had plans to travel to a friend's residence in Igo, California, and had packed a sleeping bag and pillow for the visit. However, Roggenkamp never reached her destination and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly going through a difficult divorce.
Two days after she was last seen, on the evening of December 11, Roggenkamp's black 2010 Ford Mustang was discovered abandoned on a remote stretch of Highway 36. The vehicle was unlocked, and inside were her keys, sleeping bag, pillow, a duffel bag, and clothing. The car's gas tank was empty. An investigation revealed that on the morning of December 10, Roggenkamp had changed a flat tire at that location with assistance from two transit employees. The witnesses reported that she was alone and mentioned she was going to a party in the Harrison Gulch area near White Rock Road.
Jessica Roggenkamp is described as a white female, 5'6" tall, and weighing approximately 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has several distinguishing tattoos: a rose on her left breast, daisies on her left leg, and an infinity symbol on her right wrist. Her case remains unsolved, and the Anderson Police Department is the investigating agency.
