The last communication Hayley had with her family was a phone call with her father in January 2019, during which she stated her intention to return home. However, she never did and had no further contact with her father, who made attempts to reach her through her boyfriend's family.
At the time of her disappearance, Hayley was described as a white female with blonde hair, which was dyed blue, and blue eyes. She stood at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed approximately 120 pounds. Authorities have noted that she may use a bicycle for transportation and could possibly be in the greater King County, California area.
