Samuel Flores, a 43-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen in Rialto, California on June 21, 2012. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time of his disappearance, Flores was described as being 5'5" tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt and blue pants. A notable distinguishing characteristic is a scar on his left leg. He may also use the alias Samuel Flores Javier.
