In early 2023, concern began to grow for a young man named Zachary Scott Fisher in Anniston, Alabama. At 28 years old, Zachary was navigating a difficult period in his life and was known to be experiencing homelessness in the Anniston area. Those who knew him were accustomed to seeing him in the vicinity of 18th Street and McKleroy Avenue.
