John Mitchell Carroll Missing Person Case

On September 23, 1975, 17-year-old John Mitchell Carroll, also known as Mitch, was last seen in Susanville, California. At approximately 3:00 p.m., his sister drove him to the parking lot of a Raley's grocery store. Carroll was there for what he believed to be a job interview with the Forest Service.
