Cedrick Devon Randle, a 22-year-old Black male, has been missing since June 1, 2000, from Little Rock, Arkansas. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being between 5'7" and 5'9" tall and weighing between 140 and 156 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left arm, which may read "Lil Ced". Randle may have used the aliases Duwan Collins or David King, and his first name has been spelled "Cedric" or "Sedrick" and his last name "Randall".
