Any updates on this case?
On 1/17/2023, Nicholas Smith was last seen at his home at 3:30 AM by his mother and he appeared to be agitated pacing back and forth in his bedroom. Nicholas had left his home in his vehicle and did speak to a friend over the phone who lives out of state. Nicholas told his friend he had to get out of there but did not provide any further information. The vehicle Nicholas was driving was found abandoned near farm land in Yuma AZ.
