Vasil Tico, a 72-year-old man from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on January 20, 2023. Tico was reported missing from the 7900 block of Lister Street at approximately 5:00 p.m. that day. He is described as 5’10”, 148 pounds, with a medium build and balding gray and black hair.
