Thirty-two-year-old Kuang Sheng has been reported missing from Davenport, a small but fast-growing city in Polk County, Central Florida. Davenport sits in a largely residential area not far from major Central Florida attractions, but it retains a close-knit, small-town character within a broader metropolitan region.
