Cyrus Soo Chang, a 49-year-old man from Los Angeles, was last seen on February 13, 2023. At the time of his disappearance, Chang was wearing a t-shirt of an unknown color and gray sweatpants. He stands 5'9" tall, weighs about 160 pounds, and is of Korean descent. He has black hair, black eyes, and is known to have a scar on the top of his head.
