On June 6, 2025, in Knoxville’s 37917 area, Michael Bunch left a residence on Magnolia Avenue around 4:00 p.m. to walk his dog in the alley behind the home. He phoned the reporting party saying he planned to go to a friend’s house but did not know the address. Later, a text message from his phone said he was heading to Arkansas with his sister. He has not answered calls since, and there is deep concern for his safety. The case was entered into NCIC the same day under #M968407115.
