Timothy Lawrence, 51, of Byron Center, Michigan, was reported missing in Schoolcraft County after a single-vehicle crash on Lang Road near US-2 in the Blaney Park area, not far from Manistique. According to Michigan State Police, he fled the scene on foot before troopers arrived. Search efforts coordinated out of the MSP Manistique Post included K-9 teams and an aviation drone, as authorities combed heavily wooded terrain and rural roadways for any sign of him.
