In the summer of 2014, a young man named Jayvaire Jerrel Holmes vanished from the city of Benton Harbor, Michigan. He was 24 years old at the time of his disappearance. On July 6, 2014, Jayvaire was last seen by those who knew him. On that day, he was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and a blue hat.
