Meanwhile, Raushan’s family and community members have mobilized tirelessly. Volunteers from local search groups—including Simi Valley Hikers and Ventura County East Valley Search and Rescue—have been canvassing trails, ditches, open areas, and bushlands. Drone searches were also employed, coordinated with the Simi Valley Police Department and Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. Flyers bearing her image are being distributed across community hubs such as parks, libraries, supermarkets, senior centers, the YMCA, and delivered to motorists, gardeners, and delivery workers, with requests that any dashcam or doorbell footage—including footage from Tesla cameras—be reviewed for possible clues.
